Your Six-Year Guarantee

Every one of our bespoke, designer kitchens comes fully fitted with a reassuring six-year workmanship guarantee, covered by our approved membership of the Kitchen Bathroom Specialists Association (KBSA).

The KBSA carefully inspected and assessed 15 kitchens that we designed and fitted for customers. They also carried out a thorough inspection of our kitchen showroom. Following this and further stringent business assessments, we were awarded approved membership of the KBSA.

 

In addition to your six-year kitchen workmanship guarantee, all your Miele, Neff, BLANCO and other brand kitchen appliances are covered by their own manufacturer’s guarantee. In addition, when you order your new fitted kitchen you are also covered by ConsumerCare – the KBSA’s deposit protection scheme – which means that the deposit you have paid towards your fitted kitchen is fully insured to give you complete peace of mind.
