Our Process

It is a big deal, having a new kitchen. Thats where we come in, we are experts in all aspects of kitchen design, planning, sourcing of materials and installation.

We can manage the entire project from start to finish, to make certain that all of the trades are working towards the common goal!

Below is an insight into our process, as we understand that the world of semi-bespoke, fitted kitchens can be a time consuming challenge in your hectic lives.

We're here to help.

This is our guide to helping you create your dream kitchen.

A wish list is a great place to start when thinking about a new kitchen. It does not need to be neat, just quick bullet points of your likes and dislikes (your current kitchen is a fantastic tool, what works and what doesn't?)

Come visit one of our showrooms. This is the time to have a play and see what works for you. Get to grips with whats available, door styles, appliances etc..

We have plenty of brochures that you can take away.

Pick our brains! We're here to help. Maybe there is something you can't see and don't think we can do, ask us...

We will always try to help you find what you're looking for.

The next stage is to book a survey. You can do this in person or over the phone.

We can even do evening appointments to suit your day.

The survey is broken in to two parts. Firstly we need to get a room outline and dimensions. Then on to our survey form, it would be handy to have your wish list ready at this time, so as not to over look any details.

At this point we will book a date for the design consultation, this allows us to fit around your busy schedual and gives you a clear time frame.

At the consultation we will talk you through the design/s and thoughts behind our recommendations.

In the showroom we will visually demonstrate the materials that make up the design/s, from door to work surface.

After the consultation, we will give you a presentation pack to take home and digest. Think about any alterations that you may want to make to the design or quote, such as appliances etc.

We will be in contact within the week to dicuss any changes.

Are there any alterations?

Alterations are a relatively quick process and can be repeated several times until you are completely satisfied.

Once you're happy with the design and quote, its time to talk about preferred installation dates.

Or if you are a 'supply only' customer, its time to talk about preferred delivery dates.

To confirm the kitchen order and reserve your installation/delivery slot, a 25% deposit is required.

Either cheque or debit card payments are accepted. Please note there is a small fee of 1.5% for a credit card payment.

Your deposit is protected by KBSA.

If you have chosen a CKi Installation, our project manager will be there to liase with yourselves and the tradesmen, throughout the duration of the fit for your piece of mind and a hassle free installation.

We are able to do entire projects, including any building work, plastering, electrics etc. Due to this, job durations vary depending on the extent of work being undertaken.

Time to begin enjoying your new kitchen!
