Guarantee

New Neff appliances are fully guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase. If you register your product within 30 days, you'll also receive an additional 12 month manufacturer's guarantee, (so 24 months in total). During that time period, any repairs you need will be carried out by their national network of service engineers.
